This is your Highly Impactful Intensive Training Day.

 

In the morning we will take a deep dive into what's going on in your business now, how you want it to look and feel in the future, what is holding you back, and what you need to move forward. 

 

We’ll explore options for the areas in your business that can be streamlined and/or systematized, then we’ll take a long lunch break for recovery and hydration (and so we don’t get hangry). 

 

The afternoon will be spent working together to create your realistic action plan and step-by-step strategies for implementation.

Running a business is a marathon, not a sprint. Implementing your new systems and developing the new habits, rhythms, and routines we design during your HIIT day will take consistent effort over time. 

 

That’s why we will spend the next 6-12 months training together, where I’ll provide the guidance, support, accountability, and motivation you’ll need to stay clear, calm and in-control. 

 

Two weigh-in calls will be scheduled each month to evaluate your progress and strategize next steps. 

 

Between calls you will have unlimited email support and full access to my complete library of checklists, guides, templates, and resources.

 

Additional SOS Calls can be scheduled as needed to dig into anything holding you back or tripping you up.
